The cleanliness of bedding and appliances needs serious attention!!! The bathtub entry height poses a safety risk!!! The fob situation on arrival was frustrating and took way too long to resolve!!!

I liked staying in this property and its favourable location.

I booked a suite, it was spacious and had central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave. The fact that U Street subway station was some 5 minutes away was a plus❤

The location was fantastic, close to restaurants and shopping, and the apartment was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. The staff were friendly to my needs.

The apartment was huge! High standard of furnishings man, the kitchen was a dream with a great coffee maker, made morning brews special. That bus stop was a lifesaver, just a minute away, took us downtown for hardly anything.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but you get what you pay for.

This place was awesome! Super close to all the big sights like the Lincoln Memorial. The kitchen had everything I needed, and I even made breakfast each morning. The shower had great pressure, a must after walking all day. Only thing was that the common areas felt a bit tight sometimes.

The check-in and check-out process was cumbersome and time-consuming, causing unnecessary delays. the bed was uncomfortably hard, leading to back pain for my husband.

Great location in the middle of Jackson, close to a vibrant area for relaxing.
